How it started
Duivendates was born from Tortelen \u2014 the platform where meetings have been organised in a calm, personal way for years. We noticed that many people wanted something similar, but specifically for dating. Not another swipe platform, but something that feels like a warm recommendation from a good friend.
That's why we created Duivendates: a place where matchmaking is personal again. Where a real person reads your profile, thinks carefully about who fits you, and only then suggests an introduction. No endless card deck, no algorithm deciding for you. Just people who genuinely want to help.
